played the PC version. I pretty much was scared to be under leveled in the game so I kept buffing up 5-7 levels over than what the boss would be, since the game doesn't really scale their levels to the main characters.

@floriasn Just download NullDC and Grandia 2 (Dreamcast version), it's so much better than the PC port.

@nintendo1889x it has some issues though, (well at least mine does) it works fine, but whenever i use sky dragon slash or the scenes with dialogue start, then it acts weird and makes the voices sound like they echo, then it'll repeat one part of a word for like, 3 seconds.

@floriasn There is a pretty easy trick. Just use the Config exe, press ok then play the game. This should fix the bug. When it doesnt work just press F9 during the Blackscreen, this will skip the Movie and you can watch it later on the CD :D

This game isn't as great as I remembered it to be. One character was always great, though - Millenia.

The story wasn't good, voice acting was terrible sometimes, the main character is totally unlikeable and boy did I want miss goody two-shoes to be killed off story-wise.

Fun gameplay nonetheless, nice artwork and good music helped to make it an enjoyable game. On that note - nice soundtrack!

I don't know what do you think about the game dificulty; I mean, only one time i had to use an item of revival (Yomi's elixir?); and that was in a part Elena dies, not in a battle, but in the story. This game is estetically perfect, the music is one of the best i have ever listened to in a video game, but, whit a minimal trainig, enemies seems like babies.

CONTRA: The fights repeat very often, it is only one way through it, the graphic is even old, there are not so much different enemy creatures.

PRO: The story is better than in most other RPGs, the fight within from elena with millenia,

the tactical gameplay, the cool special attacks, the upgrade ability, and it gets you feel with your characters, think about the lion(whats his name..?) you loose on the moon.....
