  • Ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-change!

  • The beginning sounds similar to the beginning of Day-In Day-Out. Check it out!

  • Bowie jams with the niggers?

  • @treyspr He's married to a black woman, you disgusting idiot

  • @treyspr im pretty sure nobody likes you..

  • Bowie is totally amazing! How can anyone deny what a genius he is?

  • toujour en train de surprendre son monde tout en restant trés crédible vraiment la grande classe Bowie !

  • The Gary Oldman version is a 1000 times better, cubed, with a cherry on top

  • That man can work his hips better than Shakira! :) <3 u David!!

  • Great Song from a Great album !!

  • He's so cute when he dances! ^^

  • This isn't really rare, it's on the Black Tie White Noise DVD, thanks for posting it though.

  • This was such an underrated album

  • for decades I wanted to be david bowie

  • David Bowie never let's you down. He's constantly reinventing himself.'ve been a fan since, he first did 'Heroes'. He's just one hell of an entertainer, and continues to surprise his fans..More power to you David. Also, please return the 'Heroes', karoake version..It was ,great.

  • Break it down Bowie!!! OMP (oh my poptarts) this is my new favorite song ever!!!!!

  • To think that the palate of modern audiences know little more than X-Factor ...

  • Holy Crap! I keep running into new/old performances I had no idea existed. Thanks for sharing this...I agree about the suits too. I hate/love this guy because of his awesome fashion sense.

  • love this song

  • @sofasport

ha ha, the Dad I am awkwardly attracted to and stutter around.

  • Wow ! that's very good

  • where is version of this song with Gary Oldman?

David dance so fun here :))

  • where is version of this song with Gary Oldman?

  • love this whole album! i watched his 50th birthday special and they did just about the whole album, its was freaking fantastic

  • @lisalucian I agree it is an amazing album, but sadly underrated. One of my top-5 favourite Bowie albums. Like Let's Dance it was produced by Nile Rodgers, but it is far superior, much more cutting-edge. I tend to see Young Americans, Let's Dance, and BTWN as sort of similar in that Bowie tries out a "blacker" music than what he usually does.

  • HOT MOVE ALERT.

love his voice, love his lyrics, love his dance moves...i would sell my soul to see this man live

  • dammit. im trying to find the next bowie album id enjoy after diamond dogs and i stuck in this 80s sound..

its just big suiits and the beginning of electronic music mixed with a rock sound.

  • @gungrave515 I love Diamond dogs above everything else and next to it I like the album Outside. Check it out.

BTW, check out the song "absolute beginners", if you hear carefully you will hear a trumpet, saxofon or something like that with the same melody than the one used in the song Diamond dogs.

  • Fell in love with this clip first time I saw it. He is so classy!

  • I love this song but LOL for the big early 90's suits

  • black tie, white noise is one of my favourite CDs ever. love his music.

  • I always wanted to look like him i even bought the suits like he wore))) it was worth doing, i felt great feeling myself the smallest bit of Him)

  • Thank you! One I haven't seen before and one of my favorite tracks on that album!

  • Mr. Bowie, you've certainly changed me...and I enjoyed turning around and facing the strange changes!!!

  • Cool

  • Damn, he's got some moves.

Get down with your bad self!

  • eye patch... nice touch.

  • Pretty cool actually... Not usually into his modern stuff.

Bowie is so modern. In every decade he is always ultra modern

  • So nice!

  • i prefer his 60's work

  • Bowie always had the coolest suits. Damn that is a cool ass outfit

  • @bryanferryfan the man has great style!

  • You can almost feel the sex in this track. Fantastic track that hasn't aged at all.

  • i know bowie is like walking sex

  • Very nice. But then again I love all of Bowie's music. It just differences in style.

  • A very good track! Love the sound of his voice when he sings so low...

  • I like the woman there.

  • Fucking love the bass on this track ! LOVE IT !

  • Agreed. Very much like the intro to NIN's 'Where is Everybody?.

  • Yeah, I loved the album, but there is a lot on it that isn't so great. Cut five songs from the album and you have a dark pop masterpiece.

Love Nile Rodgers guitar on this song. Subtle and clean

  • like a black hearted viiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiolin.

  • I recommend listening to the version on The Sacred Squall of Now by Reeves Gabrels, its on myspace. It´s with Bowie singing the rock version. it rocks!

  • Being a rock kind of guy and although this isn´t "rock bowie", I love this album and the songs, even the production works, it is quite clean except for a few gimmicks. The chord progression underneath this song is brilliant. It has a fresh civilized air and works quite well at a dinner party as well, without being muzak.

  • Bowie's over-production phase. I wish he'd redo all his 80s and 90s stuff - lots of great songs are trapped beneath all that static.

  • The 80s stuff yeah but I think the 90s stuff is among his best

  • Grrr - let`s move, babe!!!

  • out of sync :(

  • Shame the vids out of sinc...

  • Vortex Message with Visual Massage! Good Bless You Mr Jones-Art Master Bowie!!! -raiding my kids account= we're both Bowie Junkies!!-Hope and Dream of FL

  • wow

  • best

  • The big issue wit thsi album is the bass. It doesn't fit Bowie. Now listen...the bass is amazing in it's own right but it doesn't fit the song. It distracts from the melody line. I have often wondered why Bowie did not pursue Mick Karn when the band Japan broke up. They would have been such a natural fit. When I think of what the two of them would have potentially sounded like I get goosebumps. Great song though all in all. Bowie's part on it is excellent.

  • so right i'm afraid that this wasn't one of is best

  • he's do hot in this video

  • Lovely groove from a kindred spirit...ahh, all of my life, all legs and wings ...

Mesmerized as allways by the footwork. DB your tunes send me into orbit!!

  • I WOULD like to KNOW. WHO was that woman? And Bowie wa great as usual but this is definately one of his Best.

  • who knows,maybe not woman but a man...xaxaxaxaxa i'm joking

  • ...Vid would be better if it weren't in black and white...

  • Hmmm, I wonder why they left this off the Best of Bowie DVD?

  • you're right.i have done the same question to my self many times before....just focus on that, even if the video clip is not good (approximately as good as the chorus) they had not to left this out...

  • Glorious shin bones and the "Unique Forms of Continuity in Space", uaa, one of my favoured probably...

Dance at 3:54 and 4:12 gives me... an esthetic pleasure. Bowie, you got no joints!

  • What are you on aboat hotdave86000?!?!?!

    What the..!

  • I love the version featuring Gary Oldman more....

  • Same here, to be honest.

  • sounds like voyeur of uppter destrustion(As beauty) on the outsude cd

  • I don't really hear that. But it is from Black Tie White Noise which came two years before Outside. I think BTWN is a better album than Outside.

  • BTWN is not my thing, but it is clearly a very focussed and accomplished album. It is a better whole than Outside, although I personally prefer the music of Outside.

  • wow!

  • wow!

  • sorry i thought you deleted the comments there are copies of the tune!

  • THis is the best music ever!

  • He's great dancer.

  • i think my favorite song from him is letter to hermine

  • I think "Black Tie White Noise" is the best album of David Bowie and "You've been around" is the best song from this album.

  • A great track from the criminally underrated Black Tie White Noise! One of Bowie's best albums ever. Too bad it was so overlooked.

  • great song! the vocals, the bass and the trumpet especially. And Bowie, what can I say but gorgeous.

Everything; the suit, the hair, the moves, mercy, but that is a SEXY man.

    Love it!

  • His voice...The way he moves...Lord, I do love him!

  • They've said it all..

  • Bowie clearly recognized that 90s are going to be all about black music aka hip-hop, R&B. Full marks to his vision as he was so right in giving an ode to the future by callobrating with diverse artisits and covering old medleys. Unfortortunately, Bowie was not at his apogee as he was in the past. In '75, he pioneered "white soul" wiht Young Americans and single-handedly invented New Romantic wave with Scary Monsters in '79-'80. Full marks to vision, less so for the LP.

  • Where is G A R Y (Oldman) ? ? ?

  • On Chorus, on the recorded studio version. Besides, it's his song.

  • he makes me wanna buy a suit :)))

  • Thank for posting!DAVID BOWIE No.1!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is his ever-best song! I love it. Thanks for posting it.

  • he`s so DAMN SEXY!!!

  • Dance, Bowie, Dance.

  • love love but the synchro of video you know...

  • extra! thanks for posting this!!!!!

  • Wow! This is just crisp straight-up fun. The movement of the back-ups and the camera work are intoxicating - the sway pulls you right in. This remarkable man never ceases to impress me. He has just got it - on so many levels. Thanks so much for the upload. By the way, I like the miss-sync - it reminds me of all of those questionably dubbed foriegn films from my childhood.

  • Yes, on so many levels! It is amazing how one man in a simple suit can have such commanding stage presence...no need for stage alter egos and costume really...although I did love all that ziggy vibe & make up too!

  • me encanta esta cancion gracias por subirla!

  • Love watching him dance, thanx for posting.

  • nothing like the cool dancing on boys keep swingin

  • Did you hear a second voice below the Bowie's? It's Gary Oldman's. On the first version and in this version he is on chorus...

  • epico

  • absolutamente clasico

  • wow...didn't even know a video existed for this song....fantastic!

  • me neither, this is great. thank you for posting this diegohq :D

  • W.O.N.D.E.R.F.U.L!!!!!!

  • bowie es dios,y el mejor dios de todos...

  • Just great....i've looking for this song for long. Thanks!!

  • Some things need to sit still. Expression can't be confined.

  • does anyone know where you can find the older track with gary oldman singing?

  • hey, i have an mp3 of that, send me an email and i'll send it to you.

    diegohq@gmail

  • is it gmail(dot)com? it wont let me send the email! thank you for helping out though, i just need to know about the gmail

  • its so ridiculus how funky this strange song gets around the second minute... so unexpected an... great

  • One of Bowie's most underrated Cd's. AWESOME! I have this video and it's a wine and cheese night when i break it out.

  • this song is fucking great!!!!!!! thanks for logging pal!!!

  • i must say i prefer the older version of this song -the one in which the 2nd verse is performed by gary oldman xD

  • Don't you think that the sound comes first and than the picture. This is so frustrating...I have the feeling that this video is not with this song. Anyway if you have complicated mind you may fix this in there somehow...don't you?

  • It is the video for the song; there is just a sync issue.

You can find this video on the dvd included in the 10th anniversary issue cd.

  • I'm just joking. Black humor you know?! :)

  • All right, I love BTWN as well as this song . . . but this video was the last thing I imagined as a visual to it. Did I miss something??

  • I can't believe tis man, he's absolutly amaizing! BTWN is one of my favourite albums!! thanks for this! :D

  • bowie is sexy!!!!

  • very stylish ,nite flights, the wedding ,lookin for lester...a jewel.BTWN

  • amazing bowie ,

  • not seen this one - thank you for uploading - amazing vid and song.

  • BT / WN is one of his best albums.

Thatm along with Outside and heathen rank with his 70s work in my opinion.

  • I don't know why I like BTWN as much as I do, but awesome song and that's some awesome dancing Bowie does. Thanks for uploading this :D

  • It's a great song from a great album.

    Bowie is awesome!
