Just watched an insideline vid before this about the 2012 mustang with a 5.0 ( im sure its not supercharged) and it did a 12.9 sec 400m?

12.9 with that HP at the wheels is not respectable at all if that HP figure is correct. My FG XR6T ran 12.8 stock and has since been tuned to 460HP at the wheels. I would be devestated if it only ran 12.9. I would expect a high 11 or flat 12 for that amount of power. Is the dyno reading right?

I have just sold, so had.. a 10sec falcon.

there is a point to all that power, and my little beasty running 20psi, 410kw at the treads ran a 10.6.......

there defiantly is a point.

Mine being auto is a lot easier to run then the high powered man's, but still impressive.

if that 12.9 was with an auto then this car in a straight line is only just as fast as the F6. HSV and FPV should start putting more effort into working out how to put all the power to the floor. Can't keep feeding a RWD car more and more power it's starting to become a bit rediculous now. it will only keep spinning on the one spot for longer. what's next a 500kw V8, Supercharged HSV with 20s on the rear running 13.2 down the quarter? useless.

@gtrxu1316 punch this in on youtube Blockers PB in the XT-GT at WSID Full Throttle Friday . On the only two runs on Gerrys dyno it made 431.2hp & 430.5hp , happy?
