you have to make a folder and then put an "Icons" folder in it then you need the pictures for your icon so 60x60 icons you have made then name them (example) "calculator.png" and put it in ur icon folder

put this is all in var/root/mobile/themes i believe

then pick the theme folder u just made in winterboard select it and respring

i hope i didnt make that too compicated

theres alot more than i told u but this is just the basics
