He has UV sensitive ink on his face (glow in the dark paint). When you shine a UV laser (405nm wavelength) at it, it acts as if the ink has been exposed to normal light for an extended period of time causing it to glow. That's why his face continues to be glowing after the laser is no longer scanning over it.

@h4zy13 the laser is lighting up pieces of tissue shoved into his nose, not his nostrils. Click the slider and drag it back to 0:00 and you'll see them. Why he has tissues shoved in his nose... I don't know.

@ScottusApatheticus It looks like hes using eltricity or some form of it that doesnt seem to affect the tissue hes using if he didnt have it there and he is using eletricity it'd end up going inside and straight to the brain in worst cases.
