I told him I didn't want an autograph but just to tell him what a great songwriter he is.

@CenationTroop I was being sarcastic. People expect too much sometimes. The only time I get an autograph is at the Horror conventions I go to. If it's someone I like a lot, a handshake is better. I remember in 1997 I went to see Matthew Sweet, who was doing a free show on the Charles River for free. he did a signing session at an HMV table and the woman in front of me was going to be the last one. I told him I didn't want an autograph but just to tell him what a great songwriter he is.
