in 1972, two brothers called Dough and Dinsdale tried to start a protection racket called "the other operation", but they were thwarted by a giant hedgehog. If YOU don't want to see a giant hedgehog near YOUR home, post this comment at five other videos.
So I decided to open a high class night club for the gentry at Biggleswade with international cuisine and cooking and top line acts, and not a cheap clip joint for picking up tarts -- that was right out, I deny that absolutely -
Sancho Panza (Mr. Organs) spoilt an otherwise impeccably choreographed rape scene by his unscheduled appearance and persistent cries of "What's all this then?"
"As for the performance of Superintendent Harry "Snapper" Organs as Sancho Panza, the audience were bemused by his high-pitched Welsh accent and intimidated by his abusive ad-libs."
"Amongst our weaponry are such diverse elements as fear, surprise, ruthless efficiency, an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope, and nice red uniforms!"
strange how this reminds me of the time michael moore interviewed a soldier in iraq, saying "you cant kill someone without killing a part of yourself" how true....
"Dinsdale was a perfectly normal person in every way...except...except inasmuch as he was convinced that he was being watched by a giant hedgehog he referred to as Spiny Norman."
"Sancho Panza (Mr. Organs) spoilt an otherwise impeccably choreographed rape scene with his unscheduled arrival and persistant cries of 'What's all this then?'.
what i love about flying circus is that many things that pop up earlier in the series makes appearances later on in the series, after this sequence w/ spiny norman, there is a gilliam toon later on in the series, in which a giant hedgehog pops up behind a building and calls out "dinsdale", and i love how the gumby's keep popping up.
Palin is great, but Graham has the best part as the criminologist: "After all, he only did what most of us simply dream of doing...I..ghr....I'm sorry!" and so forth. Brilliant.
"...and Dinsdale's there in the conversation pit with Doug and Charles Paisley, the baby crusher, and two film producers and a man they called 'Kierkegaard', who just sat there biting the heads of whippets and Dinsdale says 'I hear you've been a naughty boy Clement' and he splits me nostrils open and saws me leg off and pulls me liver out and I tell him my name's not Clement and then... he loses his temper and nails me head to the floor."
Yes,then... "He NAILED your head to the floor ?" "At FIRST yeah !" Ha ha !! But i LOVE Stig O'Tracey "No NEVER,NEVER ! he was a lovely bloke, used to give his mother flowers an' all that !" Ha ha "But the police have film of him nailing your head to the foor" "ah..yeah well he did do that yeah, well he had to didnt he ? there was nothing else he could do... i had transgressed the unwritten law" "What had you done ?" "Well he never told me that etc." Ha ha ha ha !
I managed to keep a straight face in the beginning, but the criminologist just broke me down. "...a murderer is only an extroverted suicide. Dinsdale was a looney BUT he was a happy looney. Lucky bastard!" ROFLMAO!!!
...I was terrified of 'im...
...everyone was terrified of Doug..
...I seen grown men pull their own 'eads off rather than see Doug...
