I got my Extra Virgin Organic coconut oil from the Vitamin Shoppe, for about $8. I've been using the same jar for a year now, and I use it on my skin and hair every day! I absolutely love it!
@Gaussemeter Thanks I cant wait to try it! I just ordered the Extra Virgin coconut oil from iHerb.com in a glass jar of course . Will 1 tablespoon daily give good results? By the way I dont know if your using coconut oil on your face but your skin looks amazing! : )
Coconut Oil is wonderful taken orally. It increases the immune system and keeps you healthy. Applied to the skin, it keeps the skin healthy and young looking.
i am from the Philippines and i do consume it orally and it is magic. However, here in Manila, most don't take it. In fact, people joke about it..there was one time wherein Miranda Kerr said in a statement that she uses coconut oil and the guys on fm radio reporting it was making fun of her.. that she would smell like coconut etc. But i guess the practice of using coco oil is still much alive in the province.
Can I use extra virgin olive oil too?
