  • wow what kind of fish in that striped one on the bottom of the tank ?

  • Your tiger lotus looks great!

  • what is the fully grown size of the clown pleco???

  • Hi! I love my clown pleco! yes I think that's too many fish for a 20 gallon. Clown loaches get really really big, and the angels need more room as they grow. That can all be solved by getting at least a 75 gallon tank, though. I say live plants are always a plus, but you have to keep pruning off the dead parts. One good thing is you don't have to vacuum the gravel with live plants; just do regular water changes. No, you don't need sand substrate.

  • u should still do them i think because of leftover food and wastes in the gravel

  • im thinking about getting a clown pleco. i have a 20 gallon tank. do you like yours? i have a question. i am worried i have to many fish. i have 2 mickey mouse platys, a red tailed shark, 2 clown loaches, 4 half-black angels, and 4 neon tetras. do you think that is to many fish? they are all still quite young. also i am interested but not sure about live plants. i know they are much better, but do you have to have sad substrate? if you could help me that would be nice.

  • what are the stripey ones??

  • Those are called "queen loaches," botia dario. Cute little buggers.
