i was at this concert at the apollo in manchester in 85,and to this day still have the video which was televised live and have the pamphlet.dream into action tour 1985.
Love this song, hj totally inspirs me to be more than i think i can be, its a damn shame this era is all over from howard, was the best time ever in the 80s
This was an amazing live performace that I was luck enough to be at. Howard only had himself, Trevor Morais on an amazing set of drums, and his brother (I think his name is Martin) on bass. Watch Trevor during this song and see how athletic he had to be to play this song!
Thanks for this video and thanks Howard for this song.
You that you're reading, have you listened to the lyrics?
"What ever you do you have the benefit of the doubt whatever I do please understand
whatever we do let's make a pledge to put it right
and stop the rule of the division"
Are you applying this in your everyday life?
In a world where violence seems a normal thing and selfishness almost a value, welcome to the saint words of Howard where people should come along together in peace!
I got to see him perform live at the orpheum theatre in boston, ma with my best friend!!! what a show!!!

The last time I saw this was with a friend who killed herself a few years ago. This was a good memory. Thank you.

I honestly think "With Teeth" (NIN) is inspired by Howard Jones after listening to a few of his songs from this show...

One of my favorite songs from Howard. I always liked the synth line in the refrain. It sounds like something from an old scifi film.

awesome - means a lot to hear this again - we could all do with listening to Howard's lyrics now and again!

ha ha ha ha how very 80's all that running about :)

Ponce! The 80's could have well done without this clown. However, or should I say 'Howard,' I did think his song 'what is love?' was a great hit.
