@MrKeg1234 It was a long time ago so excuse my memory, I'm pretty sure it was cooked in a stove. We put on a seasoning that we always put on fish (tastes especially good on flying fish). It tasted fine, the seasoning made it better. Without the seasoning it would have tasted pretty bland, but it certainly wouldn't have tasted awful :)
If you don't believe me check out the dorsal fin... Your always welcome to Google Wahoo and King Mackeral of course. But as someone who has caught many Kingfish and a few Wahoo I can tell you....its a Wahoo.

Locals in Barbados call wahoo, kingfish. So they wouls have called it a kingfish but that is actually a wahoo
