yes. it's maybe 2ish miles in. mostly uphill though. park at a parking lot near battleship rock -- maps etc. are online. it's not too hot. lukehot. but really awesome and close to SF/ABQ etc.
@marksanders42 Back in the early 70's we just called "The Warm Springs". I spent a lot of time there.My girlfriend and I camped up there one winter, in a small "cave" up the hill from the main pool.. We spent two weeks there in the dead of winter. We were the only humans there on that trip. I could tell some wonderful stories about that place. What a walk up to it..lol, but a treasure when you got there. I miss those days. There are burial grounds all around it too. Most pillaged

There is an uphill component of nearly 1,000 feet from the parking area at Battleship Rock.
