Verry nice vid m8. Nice sceneries too!!! I wanted to ask you whats your oppinion on using 1.3 GHz Tx Rx for the Fpv . I do have a 1.3 G which performs great but wanted to know which frequency would you recommend.The aim is as always best picture received with less interferences from things that might come in between like buildings etc... Keep it up dude!!!

@timaaarrreee that would be cool but I believe they'll know your there the second you power up your transmitters. I've been there a few times and it's heavily guarded and you rarely see them but they see you.

@Crashz9 How bout installing an autopilot system and programming it to fly over area 51. Then just attach the camera stuff to see it and to record it with a dvd recorder or something. But im sure that would cost a lot ;)

im very new to this fpv stuff, coolest thing iv ever seen im really exited about getting my first fpv plane.

im wondering though, how can you increase the flight time of an electric plane? its never been an issue without the fpv because i can just land and swap battery..but if im flying long distances id like to stay out longer and have confidence in my range. also how important is line of sight for the video? does it drop out when the plane goes behind trees?

Any idea what kind of range you have with radio? I am assuming 2.4Ghz radio? I know with my plane it would be a speck before I had to worry about losing signal.

With video gear I get 1 mile...without I get 1-1/4 miles. I get the same results with older FM radios too but they get 1/4 mile more range.

I now find FPV piloting easier then normal view after doing it for awhile. Youtube as you know ruins the video but the un-compressed is DVD quality. Soon I'll be using HD.

How do you cope with the motion sickness? A guy tried this with the sun glass's type of setup at our local club, and was vomiting within 5 minutes.

Even though I've been known to get motion sick on boats I have no trouble with FPV piloting as long as I fly smooth. I think it's because I fly ahead of the aircraft knowing before where I want it to go and do. Wide angle lens also helps alot.
