Epic game. Amazing in gameplay and appearance for 1998. Still play to this day with the original disc. For those with major FPS problems, use compatibility mode as others were saying. 32 bit Win7 might not work at all.

it works on windows 7 (64 bit) and in ubuntu 11.04 with wine installed (a bit of lag, but after that it's perfect ^^)

I loved game like these, Dethkarz was Awesome

I also loved Xtreme G1 and XG2, Rollcage 1 and RCStage 2, I those times simple games like these were just PURE FUN!

Dethkarz... one of coolest, if not THE coolest racing game I've ever played. A racing game with frickin' lasers, plasma cannons, homing missiles, torpedoes, bombs and electric shockers! Screw Need for speed, Dethkarz for the win!

And man, charge your plasma cannon!

really, this is so a cool game! you're right. but i still some of them are still being developed, they are just a little rare. but weren't they rare in the past as well? maybe things don't became that bad ;) and everyone knows gaming needs new ideas, so maybe we'll see something like that again or even more different games :)
