The M203 was more ambidextorus them the 320. That's one reason I prefer the 203 but I can see the advantages on the 320 in some cases.

The answer to that question depends. If their are in a fortified position and you were a good shot with HEDP ammo, one shot will do it. If they are above you it may take two. If they are in a fortified position and you had to drop the round through a window mabey up to five. What's the weather and visibility? Am I shooting with NVG's? Leaf sight or Quadrant?

Either way, the 40mm round for the M-320 has a 15ft kill radius so if your proficent with the weapon 1 shot.

How can you attach it to your rifle? I mean can you mount it by the rail of your rifle, or you have to take of the lower rail and put the launcher directly to the barell.

@ezegyszar On mine the bottom rail came off and the M 320 had and adapter that bolted to the top so it would slide in to where the back of the bottom rail was with to round pins in to the delta ring assembly and on the front of it hooked to the bayonet lug on the M4. I hope that answers your question.
