A follower has a different style every month? I disagree. A leader is confident in changing their style to fit the way they feel. A leader doesn't have to have just 1 style. A leader is not a person that just says what they think regardless, they have a greater responsibility to lead positively.
A follower is a person that is growing & trying to understand who they are through others - working out what's right for them unless they are a 'Sheep' and simply follow blindly. Sheep are low level followers, Control freeks low level leaders. An inbetween feels no great need to lead and no real desire to follow - they are individual and have worked out who they are. They are the strongest of both.

not trying to put anybody down, but I feel like people who are saying "I judge myself and I'm my own worst critic" are almost being hypocritical. In my experience, those who give it can't take it. I see people who are confident on the outside and maybe on the inside, but still look for compliments and get upset when someone criticizes them. so in that way, I think some of these leaders are still followers.

Everyone can be a leader I there life. Chances to be a leader pop up everyday, but most people will wait for someone else to take the role of the leader.(those are followers)
Most leaders are natural leaders who people follow because that person has something about them that makes other people want to make themselves better

A true leader is an inspirational person. People follow those who inspire them to be better in a tactful way. These are the best leaders. Leadership is deeper than the clothes you wear and the people u hang out with. A true leader inspires self esteem and confidence...not put others down. SOme people have had neg. experiences in their life and therefore their ability to lead has been crushed. Leadership has nothing to do with clothes. Maybe what you are trying to say is that some people dont have a good sense of identity so they try to take on others identity because they are still trying to find themselves.
Some people do not lead or follow. They are in the middle because they feel no one can keep up with them so they go their own way and do their own thing. Some people are free spirits and need to be allowed to do their own things therefore seeming to be in the middle........

what about the leaders who can and do accomplish a lot in their lifes...but just happen to be emotional and sensitive not only to their own feelings but feelings of other ppl too! so they would always speak up their mind but would try not to hurt ppl... I am a leader big time but my oppinions, things that I say are never desined to tendentionaly hurt ppl or their feelings...even when they deserve it... maybe it's just about being human and know what might hurt you will hurt others too...

I'd like to say I'm a leader, because I am my own person and am following my own path. I like what I like, which isn't really what anyone else I know likes. I do what I like to do and nobody around me can say anything about that. But Im not an outspoken person and I let people say what they want and I dont say anything about it. I know who I am and I don't have to tell someone what I think to prove myself. I know myself enough to not really care to say something something when someone talks shit

I would say i am in between, not because I'm unsure because I can definetly decide for my self but because even if you are a leader sometimes you have to know when to follow. As a person who is mostly a leader, I dont like to admitt I dont know everything but the truth is I dont. I am a "LEADER" I didn't name myself AlphaMale for nothing. Everything I do is based on my own decision and my analysis on what I determine is good for me and other people on a positive note. I don't go with the in-crowd. Because that is being a follower. Doing what everybody else does to blend in is following. I like to do what I want to do that is different from the world. I agree, there are inbetweeners and followers.But the only thing that I disagree about is that you put a negative connotation on followers and inbetweeners. It's kind of like introverts and extroverts, the world needs both personality types or else society would fall apart. It's all about balance. If everyone was a leader, we'd be up to world war 100 by now and would have killed each other off centuries ago. LCbabieee, You'll only reach your full potential if you learn to value both types.
