No doubt, eating a healthy diet consisting of a lot of Fruits and Vegetables would make a difference. The only problem is that they don't contain high enough levels of vitamins and minerals due to modern farming methods. It's become all about quantity, not quality. I would still suggest eating more of them though. A lot better of a choice than the alternatives. (Pizza pops, doughnuts, bacon, etc....)
Ok, thanks for the response. Didn't know that they dont contain as much vitamins and minerals as they used to. Are you sure about that?
I live in south america so maybe here fruits are different... Dont know how it is there in the usa... but common sense tells me that they probably use the same methods here, too.
I am not sure about the case in South America. The info I am referring to is from studies conducted in the U.K. and North America from the 1900's to almost present day, showing a large reduction in mineral content in the soil by over 50% and just about the same for mineral content in the Fruits and Vegetables. I definitely recommend eating more of them compared to the other garbage out there. They are still your best choice. They just aren't as good as they once were.

Ok thanks, thats what i wanted to know, if it was just something you thought, meaning you guessed it had less vitamins and minerals, or if it had been proven. My guess its that its probably not very different story here, either.
Awesome! At first I was just another person who saw these videos. Today, 6 months later, I'm another living witness! As sure as there is God people - there is HOPE! [streaming tears of joy]
Thank you for sharing this....Thank you.

So... vitamins. Isn't that found in fruits too? Like, then maybe the cure would be to eat more fruits. Im being serious here...
I hardly eat fruits and a lot of times im a bit depressed or at least my will is not very high.
Would like a response.
