The maximum rated weight is 30 lbs and the hole pattern is up to a 200x200 VESA. It appears most Olevia (Syntax) 32" displays are around 31-35 lbs and have a 100x200 hole pattern. This mount may be a great fit, but, you'll have to consider the extra couple pounds above the rated weight.
