well i have a 60" flat 1080p HD tv at my dad's house, no lag on rockband.. maybe it has to do with the capture device, but like i said, most tvs i've seen don't have stock lag
well in my experiences, most HD tvs don't even have that much of an audio/video lag, try playing a couple songs without any lag at all. and if that doesn't work, i'm the nub
Its actually the other way around - tube TV's have no lag (at least not video lag!) But the flats are different it took my guitar 15 attempts before it even recognized my screen! My lag would be minimized if I played USING my HDMI cable but when I started making videos because I use a dvd recorder that doesnt have HDMI in/out I had to switch back to my regular cable - it took me like 2 months to get used to it to!
you're pretty good! :) i think your lag is just a bit off, the video comes before the audio and so you're making it harder because you hit words late. other than that, nice fc ^_^
@iankehayes LOL! This is the MOST ironic comment I have ever seen because I am so used to the calibration like this that yesterday when I got my new guitar I auto calibrated and afterwards COULD EVEN HIT THE TALKIES so I switch back to this! It may also look worse than it is since I play on a flat HD tv???
