Also, the reason "Kaga-san" sounds like "Kaga-sa" is because the 'n' letter at the end doesn't usually get pronounced (kinda like "r" in British English).
I had all of mine burnt and given to me... So I'm not exactly sure where you can buy them. Try looking up torrents for 'GPX Cyber Formula', 'Cyber Formula 11', 'Cyber Formula Zero', 'Cyber Formula SAGA', and 'Cyber Formula SIN'. You could also buy the DVDs for the first series online.
