Although Matt is absolutely brilliant and I really hope he does win one for either this series or the next one (which will be a cracker of a series ;) ) I kinda think David was deserving of one for the specials. He did win a National Television Award for the regeneration scene, top it off with a BAFTA too...?

@Trayusstudent1 I thought he did? well. I'm going off wikipedia lol. But according to them he won the Welsh Baftas in 2007 for DW. Otherwise he got a lot of TV choice awards and stuff like that. Only one BAFTA.. hmph.

Yeah I decided that if David and Matt were in the same room together the universe would implode. Chris was my first Doctor (I'm still a bit young into DW, but I have seen a few Tom Bakers), but David made the role for me. Matt is absolutely excellent, though, too.
