    I know guys that can probably lift Brian Carter together with his weight lifting equipment, and do a few squats. However they don't look muscular at all. They never work out. They are just naturally strong and nicely filled.

  • im just using weights and just pulled my pull-up bar out of the wall so ill have to buy another one lol and i do every evening about 300 push-ups (only doing it for about 3 weeks) cus i dont have time anymore to go to the fitness cus of college :(

  • For bicep curls I find a shorter resistance band(s) used with the lifeline usa triple handgrips to provide more resistance all of the way through the motion. Notice how you loose tension with longer bands towards the end of the bicep curl.

  • @MrSplashyStats I would recommend bands personally. Do some research on the ripcords or bodylastics bands.. both are awesome brands and are a hell of a lot cheaper compared to weights

  • Hey brandon i got a question. Do you really get pumped when youre doing biceps curls with the black sniper ripcord ? Because i definetly feel it with the black sniper but im getting a bigger pump working out with dumbells doing dropsets for example. Thx for your videos training at home rules !

  • tbh it doesnt matter where you train the gym or at home you lot must think proper gym stuff is blessed by jesus or something its all the same if you think about it the pull up bar is better than any gym weights for example i weigh 140 lbs thats what i will be pulling up on that bar and you are going agains gravity when you go the gym you never see people trying to lift that much and you are mostly sitting down when you train at the gym, your body gets just as good workout as it would at the gym

  • That can be a problem. You just have to keep the TV off!!! I place my phone on airplane mode and turn off my comp wile im working out too. I think the gym in WAY more distracting cuz they are playing music, the have the tv on, i have to wait for people to get off the equipment. the ONLY good reason to go to a gym instead of working out at home is for the girls!

  • Brandon Carter has such weird genetics, but they look great! Very small lats (back muscles), super thin waist, virtually no gluteus medius muscles, and disproportionately large arms and pectoral muscles.

I use the perfect pull up, but I kinda like the bar you have because it allows a grip outside the door in which my PP is drilled into. How long did it take to get the tone,built defintion, in your upper body? Last question is what supplements are yu taking and how many times a day! lemme know thanx!

  • I personally don't like to go to the gym because i think it's a waste of money, all i have is a speed&heavy bag for boxing for my cardio and movement, a skipping rope and some weights and the cords. All together it cost me $200, and i 've been training for like 3 years just in my basement, gym is useless i don't like it
