When I was in the South of France almost every other car was an A3 or 1 series but only saw 1 C30 while I was out there so they don't seem to have made much of an impact over there. Also, I have the new facelift C30 R-design :)

Everybody is entitled to their opinion - even when the opinion sounds stupid to everyone else :-)

Personally I think that the Volvo C30 T5 is the absolute best car in that price range, and it is far superior to the Audi A3 and BMW 1-series - both in quality and driving experience. Here in Denmark, good quality cars are really expensive, but I really had to own one of these. I paid about 68.000 dollars for it, and I still love it.
