Very true. Esther Hicks uses the analogy of paddling upstream regarding struggling with people, or what you talk about as unholy acts. Un whole. Not whole. And the opposite: Holistic = whole and well. Going with the stream. Giving up the cards and all of the ego. The Buddhists have always understood this mechanism. Thank you for your work.
