I been trying to make my own longboard with lights, only thing i can't get over is how to you power it? I have 4 led at 3 votes each, uses 6 AA battery. crazy. Anyone know how to make a better one or bring up battery efficiency please let me know. thanks.

use 4 of the button cell batteries. 3 volts each, very small, they should least long enough for a night of riding, and you can find cheap ones for a dollar for 3 sometimes at dollar stores. That's what I picked up today ;)

Very smart. Actually, i just went to advance auto and bought the Led flex for cars. 12 volts at 2 strips(water prove). 24 ish blue led. very bright for 25 dollar. It come with 12 volts of button batteries since it has a try me button on it. that including a batterie box and switch XD

also, i have a 12 volt airsoft gun battrie. so i am just gonna hock it up to that when button dies =)
