the ramp not raising is a glitch, its happened to alot of people so dont worry. If your playing the PC version, you need to download a Patch for the game, this will solve the problem. If your playing on the other consoles you need to reload an earlier save from the game. On websites it says to load from Xilbalba, this will place you back at the first calander, so you will need to repeat it all again but should solve the ramp problem.hope this helps :)

if you dont make it in time, you'll need to go back to the first calander and realign the red marks.
