First off what did this guy do ? If you act like a grownup they don't beat you senseless like him. Sure these officers seemed to be completely out of line, Im not arguing that. But what I can tell you is that sometimes suspects do resist when they dont seem to be. Locking their arms is a big one. People will do anything to not be put into those cuffs. It's scary bein on the ground. Theres an instinct that kicks in where you wanna fight. Do you know what he did? Cause depending on what he did that could put the officers in that kind of position where they have to use force. Where was this?
