I had the nitelock device and my dog mistakenly slid the lock at of the base. my five and I came home and could not figure out how the dam thing was unengaged. Well we watch the security footage and our dog was scratching at the door and knocked the nitelock out of place. Calling ONGARD to see if an animal can knock out their device.
