sayurie88 this is the way Batman was supposed to be. Go read Batman year one, this is a more realistic version of the series. The old series fell to the ground because people hated how cartoonish and fantasy it was.

But come on, DC comics didnt want the Joker to look like a drag queen with smudged makeup!

the joker IS NOT perfect. his voice is spot on, but he looks nothing like the original joker was interpreted.

Jack Nicholson made the best joker and adapted to the character so well. Jack Nicholson is over 70 and could do a better job than Ledger.

I'm actually quite disappointed with this new take on the Joker. This is just a killer with some lipstick on. I enjoyed watching the deformed, insane joker who always saw humor in every crime he committed and whose goal in life was to make Gotham city die with a smile.
