@nhfoos The Geolanders suck. You just don't realized it with the all wheel drive. Once I got some Bridgstone G009's. My eyes opened up. Its like the car was on rails, even in the rain.
Had some Foresters in our Family (actually my dad had 4 or 5 (of course not at the same time) every year he leased a new one in a different colour...) fun of road they aren't as high as other 4x4 cars but therefore a lot lighter no letting them get stuck in the desert that often. Anyway they've gotten fatter fancier and heavyer letting them lose their weight advantage of road.
@Raffix394 I agree! My '83 Subie wagon (with dual range 4wd!) left many trucks behind on trails, because they were too heavy/unbalanced for traction and would also sink. Redneck/gearhead buddies would have a restrained anger when I came back. TO TFLcar: Fast up the trail as suggested doesn't prove good traction/4x4 ability. Your pace was fine. The editing? Less "film school" jump cuts and side mount shots; solid base puddles don't require 4wd; give extra seconds on difficult terrain, please.
Im sorry but i dislike this video ...how does it drive? Whats its fuel economy numbers? How does it compare with cars in its class? im not tryin to be a hater but u guys should add those details in ur next car reviews
@StangBang35 Thanks for your comments but let us clarify something important. Our raw and unleashed videos are not reviews. Anytime we produce a car review it is called a review. BTW: We'll be comparing the Forester to the RAV4 next week. That will be a review. Please stay tuned.
Wow Roman I was impressed. Mud never looked so GOOD! WHere do you find these trails and how far will you drive Roman do entertain us with what a vehicle is capable of? I am impressed! oh and Thanks! THose poor rugs in the car LOL. Love your channel!
@lgreen5 Lots of blind curves with no room for two cars to pass each other. Almost slammed into an old jacked up Ford F-150 going back down the hill. I know the boys going up Pikes Peak don't cars coming down the mountain when they race. I do.

The Forester gets great reviews, it's a reputable company, and you use words like "raw and unleashed", but, it looks SO gay!

@romanmicagearguy No need to compare a Subaru to aToyota, Subaru wins hands down, only downfall is the XT doesn't come in a manual shift. =^(

Not exactly Pikes Peak hill climb speed Roman. If it's a Subaru and it's a press car you should driving it up hill like you stole it. Right?
