  • If I can make a small suggestion, could you keep Ike's original USmash as Ragna's Usmash and use the uthrow uppercut as his utilt? But this cool stuff, Ryko. You and Kirk made an awesome Ike here. ^^

  • I had a few ideas for the ranga part of the project

    Idea 1: For the Fsmash, you could make it so that's it's the Usmash animation, but then stop it when the sword goes right over his head, then change it to the Fsmash, to make it like when you use Ragna's drive while standing still

    Idea 2: Maybe, take the damage given by any of the darkness moves, and use 20% of it to heal him

  • Idea 3: Maybe for Inferno Divider, while you escalate, you could press b for the Uthrow and a short hop enough to follow them up, then if you press a, it could be his first jab, strengthend up, and if you press b, its a meteor smash

    I don't know if any of those will work, I don't hack, or even know how to

    Actually, an accurate Inferno Divider animation is freakin possible along with Ragna's other moves, but alas.....

  • Change the idle stances to either "Win1Wait", "Win2Wait", or "Win3Wait." It's the same changing any other animation. These however are the only ones that will work I believe for idle stances without looking awkward/being glitchy.

  • Yea , I suggest releasing it asap before people lose interest or learn how to use the program themselves which would render this moveset completely useless.

  • V1 was released for download like a week and a half ago, second version with specials and some aerials changed is halfway through.

    I've also got a really good Idea for his B->

    Take his normal B-> animation only add his F-tilt sword animation at the end and add a couple of darkness clouds surrounding his sword that do damage as well as the sword itself. There are 5 clouds, that grow bigger until it reaches beyond the end of the sword

    Normal knockback for sword, 7% damage, and the darkness clouds have little knockback, but deal 9% damage each

  • I finished the conceptualized moveset for Jin before I worked on Ragna, I think yingyay is going to work with me on it. I dont have a system that plays BB, I just goof off with it when im at a friend's place

  • The new charge into Fsmash is really cool.

    I'm sure you've been through this, because you're smart guys, but.. does Jab1-Jab2 actually work? Seems pretty slow..

  • You can SDI from jab 1 if it gets canceled but off the bat yes jab 1 -> jab 2 works. If you continuously cancel eventually when they SDI theyll be too far out for jab 2 to hit, it provides enough frame advantage otherwise.

  • Is it just me or is Fsmash a little faster somehow? Or is it just the charge animation that makes it look fast?

    I really like what you've done here. VERY creative, I've always wanted to see a character switch between sword attacks and punching/kicking, something Ike didn't have very much of.

    Can't wait to see what you do with his aerials and B moves.

  • The change in startup animation makes it hit about 10 frames earlier. The actual swing of fsmash is fast as you can see, the charge animation ike has of the smash starting up is what makes it take so long so we gave it a charge animation that is somewhat shorter, I believe the move hits on frame 17-19 now.
