  • @snowpants123 Probably at a drugstore or online :)

  • where do you get the strips?

  • LOL! you're funny!! XD

  • Where did you get the straightening strips? ;o

    I cannot find them !!!!

  • @calistarox98 They're not straightening strips. They are departed Velcro rollers. You buy the actual rollers and detach the Velcro part and use those.

  • Can you keep reusing the strips

  • Wow wow wow! Thank you!

  • wow! where can I buy the velcros??

  • @ilovepurplemonkeys12 may i please know the name of the prodect ur stylist recommended to u?

  • My hair stylist gave me a product that make my EXTREMELY CURLY hair straight with no heat cause I use to flat iron my hair every day but the combo of this and the product my hair is pin straight and I'm not using any heat! Thank you SO much! You like a hair god!

  • @ilovepurplemonkeys12 What was the product? telll meee! pretty please? :D

  • @CinamorrolCutie99 Pureology Thermal Anti-fade Complex Super Smooth Smoothing Cream, Is that a long enough name? Lol, Its also has heat protection and its suppose to make your hair color last longer.

  • FRIIIIZY. smooooooooooooth. hahaha.

  • "it may take practice to get it the first time" :)

  • He kind of looks like Harima for School Rumble.

  • I need your help! First off, I LOVE your videos. Second- those velcro clamps by Goody you used to flatten the model's hair? I've been looking EVERYWHERE to find those, and I'm not having much luck :(. Do you know where I can purchase them; maybe online? Thank you so much!!! :)

Will you guys thumbs this up for him to see, please??

  • Ur hilarious

  • Daven is soooo funny

  • what were those things that he put it on her hair?? i didnt get it. pls reply.. i need them A LOOOTTTTTT. cuz i straight my hair every day using heat and only a miracle can make my hair straighter,,,,

  • That wouldn't work for me. I have curly hair and if I "just add water" I magically shape shift into a poodle.

  • Nice attempt, however , this technique isn't very practical.

  • since you used it on a wig, I'm guessing it's ok to do that to wigs too then right?

  • do you have an alternative for head rollers??

  • LOL

I watched your video without sound and it was still entertaining! :D

  • I LOVE DAVEN!

  • put the camera down.. we wanna see you - not your wall

  • Where did you get all that equitment?

  • I love this video XD

  • Does anyone know if this would work well with very thick hair?

  • who has time for this hahaha

  • "Frizzy...smooth. Frizzy... smooth. Frizzy... smooooooooth" LOL

    You're hilarious xD

  • LOL, the poster girl's face is awkward.

  • I was laughing hysterically when Daven put a picture on the mannequin. HA!

  • Omg this is awesome! My aunt's hair is pretty bad,she had to retire her flat iron, she's gonna love this :)

  • I'm going to show this to my mom.

  • "Make sure to do both side, btw."

No, Daven, I like it better to do just one side. LOL, love you Daven!

  • wow some of you guys are arseholes!

  • omg wow

  • so, um, i just found out that my hair have split ends. so, is that a bad thing? if it is, what can i do to fix it?

  • @kamicakarin get a trim

  • @kamicakarin Go to the hair salon and get it trimmed. Thats what I do at least once a month

  • does this really work?

  • @ThePinkpanda15 yea try it my hair is puffy and it worked for me :)

  • Where do I buy this

  • Cool

  • After seeing 1 vid of yours. YOU ARE MY FAVORITE! <3

  • this would take just one day for me to get half of my head,, I have thick hair.!

  • I can't find these anywhere

  • @MyJustinne So are you :)

  • or use a tangle teezer hairbrush makes it it so smooooth and shiny!

  • OMGEE!! THANK YOU! For the Velcro rollers turned just hair velcros.. LOL Its just that I have a big project next week and I'd need hair velcros and Im short on budget so I really wanted to save every cent I can. I've had these velcro rollers like forever but never used them. Good thing I can re-use them or whatever. Tried removing from one roller as soon as I saw you did it and Im still amazed! Good thing I was on a Daven video watching marathon. Its not just the techniques! :D

  • Omg! I would like to try this, I wanna know if you can sleep with it on though cause it takes too much time :/

  • i wish i had the patience...

  • lol you're hilarious and very talented

I have a question can you sleep with these things on?

  • Is so much time and not accessible. Not for all kinds of hair girls...

  • omg you're so cute:D and this was so helpful

  • i wanted my hair cut like this but instead the lady cut me a mullet :(

  • you are hilarious!!!!!!!!!!! love it!!!!!!!

  • basically its just having your hair flattened and dry that way. i have short hair like a pixie cut and i just wear a hat until my hair is try and it keeps it from sticking up.

  • the length of this vid is 420. ;)

  • This is soo cool! Def doing this! and its not that time consuming if you sleep on it, just wrap it in bags, its what I do! :D

  • thats a lot of velcro

  • is this good for curly hair??

  • i would do it if i'd have time.

  • thank you! i've fried my hair enough...time to use no heat and let it grow out naturally

  • i prefer the heat!!

  • Omg, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I really needed this.

My hair is so damaged, even more than the hair on that mannequin :(

  • Yeah, i live in Miami, that wouldnt work lol

  • awww! i wish you could be my hair stylist daven!

  • i am wondering if this REALLY works for curly curly hair.

  • @DamnxPotato could you try it out and make a video or a few pictues of it ?

  • @AzulaPrincess007 i'll try!!

  • ADVICE FOR FLAT STRAIGHT HAIR PLEASEEEEE! WANT MORE VOLUME WITHOUT DAMAGING MY HAIR:(

  • THUMBS UP IF YOU LIKE IT BEFORE WATCHING !!:DD

  • love it! thank you!

  • This is a good idea.I'm going to try it.:)

  • i like

  • Comment removed

  • Doesn't work on extremely curly hair. Sorry, bro.

  • Thank you, it actually really helped me. I have curly/wavy hair on the top of my hair but the bottom section is reaaaally curly/frizzy hair so I think I'll use this trick to "release" them. I'll use cool air to speed up the process or use it overnight...I'll figure out the best option ^^ Thank you x

  • you're so cool.....

  • what is lol?

  • @marka9368 laughing out loud

  • I think it's a really good idea for something like a wedding or a party :3

  • who has 3 hours to straighten their hair this way every day???????

  • i do this too but i use mini velcros and only put it to the wavey parts of my hair and take them out after 20 minutes

  • Everybody's a critic nowadays. I love this and if I ever want my hair straight I'll do it:) I never use any heat, so thank you Daven!

  • you're stupid :)

  • WOWZERS! what a coooooool idea!!!

  • yay ill wake up at 3am to do my hair everyday before work!!!

  • i love you for this!

my hair is dry and whenever i straighten it using the flat iron, i'll get split ends.

so i almost never straighten it anymore..

  • @ConstantineRose you can use a flat iron - if you do use a heat resistant product that protects your hair and get a good quality leave in conditioner (I would recommend 'Moist Repair Leave-In Conditioner' by KMS California - it will seriously do dry hair and split ends wonders :) or if your not into buying products save up for an iBionic hair straightener which actually puts minerals back into your hair :)

  • Oh my gosh it works

  • Great idea! But i am mentally challenged so... CBF

  • WOW!!! THANK YOU !!! MOAR VIDEOS PREEZE!

  • wonderful! my hair is really thick so it would take forever to dry! do u have tutorials for shoulder length hair?

  • PLEASE PLEASE DO A SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR TUTORIAAAAAALLL

  • OMG! I need to try this!!!! (:

  • I'm always excited for your videos! <3 Glad that u upload quite often :DD

  • are you a coda? I can watch your videos with no sound and totally get it! :-D

  • plz plz plz do your tips on real girls

  • Comment removed

  • to time consuming. Get me my straightener fuck dis shit

  • that's gonna take forever....

  • Ok, here's a harder one for you Dave- how to remove frizz and puffiness from long curly hair (and even damaged curly hair) without heat and RETAINING the curls rather than straightening?

I ask because I have waist-long very curly, frail, puffy hair.

  • @valkerymillenia just wet it, towel dry and let it air dry? You can apply coconut oil on the curls to make them shinier when your hair is still wet.

  • @PinkSkiiTtLeZzYoanNa Thanks, I might try the coconut oil tip.

  • @valkerymillenia you can also use it at night to condition your hair. i think it has to be virgin

  • ur really sweet. haha

  • This is really good, but takes wayyyy too long :)

  • Bhahahaha Love you Daven !!!

  • Velcro makes my hair staticy though D:

  • if anyone trys this can they tell me how it went?? cause i have really frizzy hair and i wanna know if this actually will work

  • @7Superluckygirl7 takes forever but works.

  • Is it like permanent or just for the day?

  • @2PMme Just for the day. It will go back to normal when you wash it.

  • OMG! You're fabulous. I love you!!! lol

  • I love a bit of frizz though...if the before hair was my hair...I would wear it like that every day...

  • will it work it i don't use mineral water? & would it work cause i have thick curly hair?

  • Ur a genius! I love u...marry me lol

  • Can you sleep with them in?

  • who's a smat cookie!! :) lol.. but this seems like SO MUCH work! '-.-

  • wow! you clever, clever guy.

  • ahhhh where have u been in my life!!!

  • Woah cool! I want to try this! I love your videos! They're so useful and amusing :)

  • So like I have very thick, curly hair, and if i get it 70% damp while its straightened it will just go curly again....so will this actually work for my hair :( Its ok I understand if it wont work most things dont work for my hair (gahhh its so curly)
