Pretty good mash-up! The Morricone gives it an epic doom-laden feel that that I hope carries through to the movie itself. Also, where did you find that footage of Rorschach looking up at the giant Manhattan? I don't remember that from any of the trailers.
It's not in any of the trailers. It's from the video journal about how the FX guys brought Manhattan to life ("Blue Monday" I think it's called). It's one of the very few finished shots included in those video journals.
Ah, that would explain it. I've only seen the journals once or twice, not a million times like the trailers. By the way, having fun over at the Watchmencomicmovie forums? lol - I agree with most everything you say, BTW.

Nicely done. Has a more mature tone than the second of the two WB-trailers. We bit long, I think. Otherwise — good job!
