  • Great! I remember there were some secrete upgrade for some robots - such as the shadow that could shoot a freezing ball, and the default robot who could perform a "shadow" leap... good times :)

  • I'm still playing this game in 2011 :)

Even have gameplay vids on my channel

  • by the way, its been a while since i played. how do you do special moves like the back kick, and the 'prowl' (where it jumps like a jaguar at the oponent)?

  • hey, i downloaded the game to my computer, and the DOS emulator. It's been a long time since i could play it......but it goes way too fast. the emulator says press F11 or F12 to change speed, but nothing happens.......someone help i'm about ready to throw my computer at the wall

  • @Elite4CE360 It's actually "Ctrl + F11/F12". You can also change the speed in the "Gameplay" menu in-game.

  • @ExcaliburBrothers okay, thanks

  • i have this

    ;) classic

  • bite my shiny metal ass

  • Actually... the Nova is available on the single/two player mode, through a secret. Giving those two 10 extra combinations to the 100 previous ones.

  • YOU WIN

  • Need for Speed+Mortal Kombat+DOSbox=One Must Fall 2097

  • さすがイギリス人、目の付け所が違うね

  • I LOVE this game! And I have it original in CDROM!

  • 60 foot? the game said 90...plus there is a game speed option to speed the game up. in fact, the default setting is at the fastest point which is by far way to fast to play.

  • cycle up your dosbox that was like a stop motion animation that's not the game's real speed.

  • ROFL!! HAAHA I LOLED OUT AT 4:10

  • LOL Robot fatalities?? I never saw them!

  • Yeah! are "Scrap" and "Destruction".

  • my childhood good old time...

  • That Game Was(is? :O) KickAsssssss!

  • Jazz Jackrabbit? LOL!

  • Oh yeah! I used to have a Nova, all pimped up. Perfect for venting some steam after school.

    By pulverizing everything!

  • i loved that game...

  • lol we are talking about the year 2097... inflation:)

    God I love the upgradability!

  • No offense to the Elam Bros and DE, but OMF2097 is far superior to OMF Battlegrounds despite the technical advancements. Primarily because the gameplay is both simple and spectacular at the same time! And yes, being Freeware... Definitely grab a copy along with an emulator! (say DOSBox)

  • Only fighting game I ever liked, primarily because of the addictive tournament mode which you rightly focus on in this excellent video.

  • i played the demo a lot. pretty enjoyable game. loved the review!

  • The gampley was ok, but the music... Oh god!

  • Another good one guys! Keep it up.

  • Aww was looking forward to a Point and Click Adventure one.

    BUT

This is clearly a retro PC game that nobody has heard of, so you guys own. Bring me more stuff I probs aint seen/heard/played!

  • Ha this is great hes probably lifting rocks lol
