Okay, I've gotten Emmi's take on this whole thing:

"well, the only thing I'd have to say is that I wished they had gotten permission from me first to use the idea first. sure it wasn't my masking, but the idea was pretty much copied down to the slanting and admittedly I'm a bit annoyed. if they had asked first I would have said yes-- but they hadn't. oh well, no real harm done. xD; I just hope they'll ask first if there is a next time!

Look people, while that scene of Break and Gil wasn't stolen from Emmi's video (I HAVE LOOKED, and there are very small differences that tell them apart), it's pretty much an exact reproduction. While copying isn't as bad as stealing, it's still something that shouldn't really be encouraged to the degree where it's so alike that people THINK it's stolen. I doubt JadenxJesseForever meant any actual harm by assuming it was stolen, Emmi's videos and edited clips get stolen A LOT so yeah. Chill out.

@MagalynAMV Well I'm the leader actually xD but I'll talk to Emmi and get her opinion if that will help to clear up this whole thing. It's clear to me the clip isn't stolen, although with the closeness of the editing, you can see why someone would think so at a first glance. I can understand you not wanting your editors to be accused of something they haven't done, although you can also see that I don't think it was done with malicious intent, a simple misunderstanding really.

I liked this, but the Break and Gil mep part..I'm sure that one of those masking clips is stolen from Ebily's 'In my head' video. > : ( Stealing for your mep parts isn't good. You should investigate that.

And really, if I think someone stole, I'm gonna tell you. There's nothing offensive about it. If they didn't steal, they didn't steal. End of story. That's the end of that. So don't go off on me about being 'offensive' because there are people that wouldn't have been anywhere near as nice.
