I was wondering... at around 5:36, you turn the layer black and white, using the 'image' section, then going into 'adjustments', selecting 'black and white'. The problem is, on my version (just Photoshop CS), there is no 'black and white' option. I have spent some time looking for it, but without any luck. Any tips or useful information? Thanks.

That's no problem, black and white didn't get added until cs3. You can just use image-->adjustments-->hue and saturation and desaturate, or turn the entire layer gray scale and then work from there.

Thanks for that, but the window that comes up that allows the different colored filters. Is there a way to open up this window?
