  • How did you your track meet go?

  • haha. my coach has us do butt kicks every practice. they're fun.

  • In the video I use my hands to make the foot rise up versus pulling with the hamstring. Foot will rise up and fall much faster than just using the hamstring muscle alone. Also using the hands doesn't stress the hamstring muscle.
