@gwehabana In the 21st century soldiers don't sign up on the basis that they are going to die, they sign up knowing theres a certain risk of severe injury or death but they dont 'sign their death certificate'. However i do agree with you that most if not all nations involved in the invasion of iraq handled the situation extremely badly at the time, and severely underestimated the level of insurgency that would emerge after the fall of saddam (look at the fall of basra as an example).

Honestly I wish people would stop comparing Angels & Airwaves to Blink-182 as they are completely different. But what Tom DeLonge has done for music is incredible and the music that Tom, Atom, David and Matt have created is actually inspirational. It helps people get through times when they're struggling. And I really want somebody from "AVA" to read this, just so they know how much of an incredible job they are doing and just to let them know, not to change and keep up the brilliant work.

@gwehabana In the 21st century soldiers don't sign up on the basis that they are going to die, they sign up knowing theres a certain risk of severe injury or death but they dont 'sign their death certificate'. However i do agree with you that most if not all nations involved in the invasion of iraq handled the situation extremely badly at the time, and severely underestimated the level of insurgency that would emerge after the fall of saddam (look at the fall of basra as an example).

He said he sat there in the hospital holding her hand as she was dying and she wasn't able to speak. He said he didn't know what to say to his grandfather as he watched his wife who he had been with for years was dying.

No one else is stupid enough to think that the biggest terror nation in our world actually fights a defensive war in someone else's country. @kkeewiinn2 Well, to start with a little history Pres. Lincoln tried to warn the U.S. citizens 3 months before his assaination talking about a banking and corperate conspiracy. He took away the rights for the banks to print up money, and gave it to the U.S. treasurey. JFK quit printing federal reserve notes and started printing them as silver certificates redemable in silver, and He was assasinated. LBJ took over, and quickly rebuttled that law. Just a start.

@kkeewiinn2 All because of big banks ie goldman sachs, jp morgan chase etc... I truly admire people that want to defend and protect this country. And my prayers go out to the victims from 9/11. I know that You think those videos were stupid, But "Corperate" America (not it's citizens) has a history of doing stuff like this to other countries. You should know as well as I do, that if our military want to whoop their ass overseas, it wouldn't last more than a week.
