I saw them live in Brussels in 1973 and they were shite.One of the greatest disappoinments in my life. The sound was shite, they quarreled onstage, and Daltrey even refused their final collective bow.AND my right ear has malfunctioned ever since.Love them still, though.

I remember when they used this clip in 1977 on Top of The Pops (TOTP) when The Who re- released Substitute on a 12" single with Pictures of Lily as a B side.

Oh, and my sister went to this concert at Charlton FC in 1974; the following day she bought Quadrophenia and 'Meaty, Beaty Big and Bouncy' and I've been a fan ever since!
