  • Great sounding horn. 

  • Try using dual stainless diaphragms with the cushion ring in between them like Nathan Airchime horns do. You might get a little stronger sound out of it then. Also large horns love large volumes of air. Try using a larger air line going to the horn. Tha 1/4" quick connect is going to really restrict the air flow too much. Very cool project by the way. Great mill work.
