  • The name is new, but the method has been used for years. It's another form of 'circuit training' with interval training thrown in with the time use rather than reps. Do a given number of exercises, back to back without rest, then you take a rest and repeat or move on to a new set of exercises. Insanity uses this sort of method as well, and they call it "Max Interval Training." Call it whatever you want, but athletes have done this training for a long time and it works.
