No, he doesn't. Gootecks played smart by focusing on attack (lots of pokes to force a block, then throwing), rather than obsessing about charging the Buffalo Headbutt, which most Boxer players do in this fight. El Fuerte's strengths are all in attack, and if he can't guess the opponent perfectly, he eats mountains of damage from even simple pokes.

lemme say it again...i dont like kai, hes a fag, talks alot of dumb shit fuck his style cuz its a gay style lol ...i dont like him for what he said bout EC and SF4 on the dogface show he just wants attention cuz fags usually do, i dont mind buktooth's fuerte at all( i got nothing against fuerte now,i used to hate fuerte when i first heard kai played him but its got nothin to do wit fuerte) but when kai plays i usually will watch jus to see him get his ass beat like he usually does in SF4,
