Well instead of making a video, I will just tell you because it's fairly simple.

1. Go to your group

2. Click the +Submit a Video link (Top right corner)

3. Paste the URL of the video you want to submit to that group (Must already be uploaded on youtube)

4. Click Post and your video will appear (May have to be accepted by the group's creator depending on the group's settings)
