Who really believes any thing this man has to say. Everyone that has been there knows that the war will NEVER be over. As long as there' are civilians being killed and live in fear, the war isn't over. My team mates sweated and bled there. Iraq posed a threat of WMD. It is not a "spoonfed" belief it is fact. When Saddam was interrogated by FBI he admitted there were no WMD even though he said in his speech he had them to scare Iran. We went to Iraq to disarm a dictator of WMD. He didnt have them no, but that was because he lied about having them.

@mrPricehillbilly You know, I think most Americans are very good people. Its just that its not really Americans who are running the country (and the world for that matter) and I'm sure they would nuke parts of America if they thought it served their purpose. Yes America is young. I just wish that the ideas that were developed in its youth could have been upheld. Only problem is that a lot of good Americans can't see what's happening to them.

dude everyone is on here talkin shit, why cant we just focus of the possitive fact that alot of our boys are coming home, and god knows they earned it!!! of course america is not in good shape, but the fact is.. EVEN THO AMERICA IS IN THE SHITTER IT STILL HAS MORE POWER THEN ANY OTHER NATION IN THE WORLD. so that being said, even at our weakest moments, we our still as strong and stronger then any adversary. be proud to be american and never let any one take that away from you.

@mrPricehillbilly we are in the shit hole right now for sure we owe huge amounts of money to china.they have us by the balls.we r not in good shape at all.china is in way better shape than us.they dont borrow money we do. think about that.i dont believe we r the strongest thats just what the government or peoples minds think.we do have good weapons thats the only way we can do ok in a war.but with regular weapons many other countrys can beat the out of us,be realistic.most things u own ,china

@cagonesss i hear ya, just gota be optomistic, we do have better weapons, better trained soldiers, everything we have is state of the art, and it would be shit if we didnt have an experienced military. but we do, i believe america is equiped to take on any obstical. the government cant do everything for us, gota make the change ourselves

i think you took my post the wrong way.
the presence of troops doesn't mean they're lying, we have troops in japan, around europe, everywhere. but no one in their right mind would say we're at war with them. the "end of combat operations" is the important part.
