Cody's a cool fighter but man he turned into an asshole in this series, guy helped him get his gf back in final fight and that's how he repays his best friend.

Pity capcom can't get right to use the guy from fatal fury who makes whirlwinds when he kicks, he would be a good challenge against cody.

Yup. But in SFA3, Cody helps guy to destroy Bison's HQ. He maybe a bad person on the outside but still he is a good on the inside. Simple as tht :P

They USED to be becoz after they defeated Mad Gear Gang, Cody started fighting in Pit Fights but he got busted coz he killed an opponent & after he escapes from jail, His attitudes, his style of fighting is changed. Being a BAD BOY :P.

umm... he never killed an opponent in a pitfight for a reason to be jailed, Poison framed him for her crimes after Final Fight Revenge (fighting game) That's when Cody was jailed. He indeed did like fighting, and continued to fight but he only went after people that were drug lords, gangs etc.

Not really sure if that is the reason, I know he believes that he is no hero which is part of the reason why he left Jessica, he's still a good guy, he just likes fighting, however he doesn't want to let Guy know that he still has good in his heart, just like his ending quote said in A3, I saved the city, saved the girl, but couldn't save myself.

Some of the win quotes are head scratchers but capcom just stayed true to the translations, basically Guy says the same thing in Japanese. But it's funny how all the people complaining about the english voices then say they are switching to japanese and probablyonly a couple of them even understand Japanese. It's like giving a kid a sucker after they cry about it for an hour and you buy him the sucker, then the kid throws the sucker back in the moms face saying it's too sweet. Jeez.
