@Sparda849 It's funny you say that, because it doesn't seem like a job at all! There has never been a day when I don't look forward to coming into work.
Interesting gripping aids. It might be worth having a look at the Active Hands ones too. Google search "Active Hands" or "gripping aids". They hold fingers in really well to stop them popping out with movement. They are also padded, have Quad/tetra friendly finger loops which stay in position (instead of flopping around) when pushing loops through the D rings and are machine washable. See attached video.
I suffered C5-6 and it was fused. Do most of the exercises but not the floor ones because not only did I have a SCI I lost my right knee in a motorcycle accident. I have no extender mechanism and cannot kick out my right calf. I also have no tendons or ligaments. Everything is gone.
when sitting in a chair for a prolonged amount of time the hamstrings are shortened, hip flexors get tight, and the lower back starts to form a C. Just lengthening all the shortened muscle groups. The lower back just gets really tight and needs to be stretched.
I really want to see the transfers to get into all of those positions! Thank you so much for the video.
