"Caca" is a reference, I think, to the Catalan term meaning "to shit". So Lady Caca is essentially "Lady Shite". That's why haters say it.

@Lysimachus caca is not a verb per se, just the word used in the spanish language for "poo" the more literal translation for "shit" would be "mierda", which is basically what the French use too.. "merde", Catalan is not really Spanish, just a language derived from Spanish or a dialect if you will, used in Cataluña. Hope it helps :-) FUCKING AWESOME SONG BTW!!
