i dont if roger was not all focused or amped up when he faced berdych because i dont think he was moving as well as he has before because i watch other videos of him and he moves great accross the court but for some reason he wasnt moving as well when facing berdych i believe he could at least stopped some of those winners

Fed hasn't got that back up from Mirka as much as he did before they had the kids. Mirka was strongly supporting and managing Roger. That has changed obviously. It's tough the be no.1 in the world.

Roger knows that he made errors in the match, and he knows where he needs to improve and he is trying to think positive. And I believe he can only go up from here. People that are saying that Federer is done and wanting him to retire do not know what they are talking about. Roger Federer changed the entire game of Tennis, he allowed us to witness so many years of greatness, at a level that we never thought was possible, he has given us so much... Why would you want that taken away?

Lack of motivation and saturation for Roger.

The game is developing but he has no intension to follow as he is 30 yo and has won so many trophies.

He plays like an average top 50 player having no sign of domination and seems impossible for him to win in top level anymore.

federer declining his second serve kick is easy to return on the baseline players are beating him. paul annacone cant help him federer isn't pete sampras to play attacking tennis. sampras first, second serves were weapons, he could play from the back but was most devastating at the net. either way on hard courts and on grass sampras had the best all round game that flat forehand was unbelievable.

I think Federer risks too much in his game. Most of his loses are due to unforced errors. Also, he's not accurate enough to place balls in the corners.

So naturally, i would believe that he is already at another stage in life where winning tournaments aren't is number one priority anymore.
