For all of you who post these videos, thank you but it would be much more beneficial to a begginer if you posted a video of you teaching a begginer. Why? Because your yourself is already structurally programmed in tadasana. For example you tell me to put my out edges of my feet parallel but I have no idea how you do that.
I think that in your case if a video is too hard you need to have an actual teacher. Or find a different style of teaching . Video learning is for those that have the capacity to take it on. Its not for everyone.
Hey comradehio That is me although many yoga moves can be painful this is not one of the them. Check the Side lateral stretch In my videos would say there was a bit of pain there. As that was a hard move for me back then.

It you have a compressed spine you might get a few cm on your height when you start yoga. . But other wise no.
