Actually it's a very cheap uke. The sticker reads "PLATINUM S-Edition by Schaepe". I paid 14 Euros for it. I guess I was very lucky. However I also put brown Worth Strings on it which improved the Sound a great deal.
You can get brown worth strings from any decent uke shop, however I don't know about the situation in Australia. They are expensive... I paid about 14 Euro ... but it's a double set (strings are double the length you need) and they're worth the money. They are not more difficult to put on as any other uke strings.

Hello, thanks. What's the problem with the tabs? The lines represent the strings, and the numbers tell you on which fret to put your fingers. The curly arrows tell you the direction for the strokes of your index finger of the right hand.

I am the first time that I heard the tone of a so beautiful ukulele.
It seems to be totally a harp.
Please teach the name of the musical instrument.
